The MOQBA Values Award is an award established by the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance to recognize individuals who exemplify the core values of sportsmanship, fairness, and integrity. The award is presented on an as-needed basis at the NAQT Missouri Qualifier. [1]

- 2022: Jeff Carter and Becky Carter, coaches for St. Joseph Central High School
- 2019: Sophie Lockwood, Hallsville High School and Em Powers, Louisiana High School (jointly)
- 2018: Emily Boyle, Hallsville High School; Ganon Evans, Francis Howell High School
