1999 ICT
The 1999 ICT was the third Intercollegiate Championship Tournament sponsored by NAQT. The tournament was held April 10-11 on the campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
In 1999, NAQT reported two individual averages: IPPG (individual points-per-game) and PCbPG (Points Contributed-per-Game). The latter stat attempted to adjust the former for bonuses, and assess a higher penalty to the average for negs. Final individual rankings were based on the PCbPG number, but this listing includes the top five players based on IPPG, as this is likely the closer value to PP20TH that is used today.
