Keith Country Day School is a K-12 private school in Rockford, Illinois. They formed a team around 2009 and quickly became one of the top small schools in Illinois. Keith finished 3rd in Class A (small schools) in the IHSA State Tournament in 2011, 2012, and 2013. They also have a middle school program, which competed in the 2013 MSNCT and 2015 MSNCT. Keith Country Day won the 2016 Masonic State Class 1A. Keith Country Day attended the 2016 NSC.

The team was coached by Beth Lipton through 2013. For the 2013-14 season, former Winnebago and Northern Illinois quizbowler Brad Fischer became the Head Coach. Former Maine South and Lawrence quizbowler Greg Peterson took a math-teaching position at Keith shortly thereafter. Both left around 2015.
