Stars of Life was a competition existing from 1993 - (at least) 2012 focussed on trivia relevant to paramedics and emergency medical technicians. The competition was developed and run by EMS educator Bob Page, inspired by the "Valsalva Bowl" competition he attended at a Texas EMS conference. Regionals were held at state-level EMS conventions, with the winners getting invitations to a national championship and other prizes.
