The 2010 PACE NSC cheating scandal occurred when someone attempted to obtain the question set before the tournament in a phishing scheme. Amit Bilgi was accused as the perpetrator. In response, Amit Bilgi wrote an excuse that can be found here. PACE decided to disqualify Amit from participating at any PACE events and disqualify Southside from the 2010 NSC thereby shifting every team (except 1st place State College) up one place.
