Career

During his two years at Stanford, Adam Kemezis was narrowly the first scorer on the winning team at the 1998 NAQT ICT alongside Alan Taber, Rachel Marshak, and Jesse Molesworth.

During his time at Michigan, Adam won the 2002 and 2005 ICT, the 2001, 2002, and 2005 ACF Nationals, and placed second at the 2001 ICT and the 2003 and 2006 ACF Nationals.

For an individual player, only Andrew Yaphe and Seth Teitler have played in more national finals matches or won more national championships. Adam also was on the 2002 Michigan College Bowl national championship team. He is the only player to win the NAQT ICT, ACF Nationals, and the College Bowl national championship in the same year, and one of a small group of players to have won both national quizbowl championships and the College Bowl championship in his career as a whole.
