North York Schoolreach League

The North York Schoolreach League is a set of qualifying tournaments in York, Newmarket and Markham for the Ontario provincial championships. The league is one of the most active in Ontario, and the teams that comprise the league have both disproportionate ability and enthusiasm as compared to other leagues in Ontario. The league qualifies two teams to the Ontario Provincial Finals. Five teams from this league (Brother Andre, St. Augustine, St. Andrews, Pickering and Markham) may be starting participation in quizbowl this year via the Toronto Winter Invitational.
