Eric Xu is a junior at Western Albemarle. In his first year of playing good quiz bowl tournaments, he was the #9 prelim scorer at the 2013 HSNCT. In his second year, he became one of the best HS players in the country, scoring over 100ppg at all of the NAQT tournaments at which he played and bringing his team to second place at the 2014 NSC. He was the top scorer at the 2013 ACF Fall Virginia mirror and he won the 2014 Minnesota Undergraduate Tournament Virginia mirror playing solo.
