The team won every novice event it entered: [[EFT 2]], [[ACF Fall]], and a one-two finish at the [[Illinois Novice]]. ===College Bowl===
Ryan, Andrew Bockover, Rita, Mike, and Meredith placed third in the country, behind [[2008 Rochester|Rochester]] and New Mexico.
