Imperial returned to quizbowl in the [[2010 SCT]], the first inter-university quizbowl tournament held in the UK since the 2003 BSQC. In 2012, the quiz society was re-established, although membership was low for much of the 2010s, with infrequent tournament attendance. Society membership increased significantly at the end of the decade, under the leaderships of Richard Brooks and Conor McMeel, and Imperial began attending tournaments much more frequently. Imperial won their first tournament in the UK mirror of the 2021 [[Southeast-Midwest Housewrite]], then placed fifth in BSQC 2021, achieving an upset victory over Cambridge A. Imperial qualified for [[ACF Nationals]] for the first time in 2022 after placing fourth in the [[2022 ACF Regionals]]; a team of [[Justin Lee]], [[Michael Mays]], [[Felix Roberts]] and [[Fatima Sheriff]] placed 38th out of 51 in 2022 ACF Nationals, with 9 wins and 9 losses.
