In 1999, State College defeated Rockville in the finals of the PACE NSC to win their second of four straight PACE titles. This also completed the first-ever undefeated run at at national championship in the modern era. Their NSC team included Martin Devecka, Lyn Lai, Jacob Mikanowski, and Cathy Vrentas.
