The 2007 St. Olaf College Invitational Academic Learnament (SOCIAL IV) was an NAQT run tournament held on October 27, 2007. It was attended by 27 teams, but 28 teams were used as one team failed to attend and it better fit the format.
Format
SOCIAL IV was run on NAQT IS #69A, which used the regular NAQT tossup and bonus format. The prelims were done using four pools of seven teams, with the top sixteen teams advancing into single-elimination playoff rounds.
Results
Eden Prairie A defeated Wayzata A in the finals to take first place, and Chaska A beat Minnetonka A in the consolation match. The top scorer at the tournament was Michael Wright, and more extensive statistics can be found here.
