The 2019 Small School National Championship Tournament was a tournament sponsored by NAQT and held at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, Illinois May 3-5, 2019. This was the sixth SSNCT run by NAQT.
For the third consecutive year, the tournament was split into two separate divisions; for the second consecutive year, one division (the Traditional Public Schools Division) was for traditional public schools with 500 or fewer students in their top three grades, while the other division (the Open Division) was for all other schools with 350 or fewer students in their top three grades. Also for the third consecutive year, there was an additional subdivision for Very Small Schools (Traditional Public Schools with 300 or fewer students in their top three grades), with separate playoffs as necessary.
There were 80 teams from Traditional Public Schools of which 46 were from Very Small Schools, and there were 72 teams in the Open Division.

After the top four teams in the traditional public division, Beachwood and Macomb finished in a tie for fifth, with Bridge Creek, Itawamba A, Russell, and Southwestern all finished tied for 7th.
Middlesboro won the Very Small School championship, followed by Ottawa Hills, Bridge Creek, and Louisiana.
The 16-member All-Star team in the division was led by Michael Powers, who posted a 34-91-17 120.81 line in the preliminary rounds.
