The 2021 NSC took place on June 5–6 online, with 80 teams participating. TJHSST A defeated Hunter A in the first game of an advantaged final 550 - 250. St. Mark's and Richard Montgomery A finished 3rd and 4th respectively. Aadi Karthik of Lambert was the highest individual scorer with 144.29 PPG, while William Groger of Miami Valley was the 2nd highest individual scorer with 126.15 PPG. Belmont had one of the largest improvements ever by a team from HSNCT to NSC, placing 84th at the 2021 HSNCT after failing to make playoffs but making NSC superplayoffs and defeating Stevenson A in the 5th place game to finish 5th.
