Bill Willis is the former director of the Gulf Coast Academic Invitational, coach of the Woodham team and Florida Panasonic Team, and Social Studies question writer for the American Scholastic Competition Network. He coached the 1999 Florida All-Stars to a national championship and the 2003 team to a second place. He also provided materials for Art and History courses at ACE Quiz Bowl Camps. He's now teaching Social Studies at Pine Forest High School in Pensacola, FL.
