Bob Maranto co-founded the Maryland team as a junior and the Minnesota team as a graduate student. He was a professor at the Southern Mississippi-Gulfport, James Madison, Lafayette and Villanova. Earning his doctorate in political science, his research has included federal government management, conservatives in academia and public school choice. He currently holds a 21st Century Chair in Leadership in the Department of Education Reform at Arkansas.
