Brad Rutter was a high school quizbowl player on Manheim Township. He's best known for his appearances on Jeopardy! where he won the Million Dollar Masters and the Ultimate Tournament of Champions, beating Ken Jennings.

NAC

Brad Rutter led his team to a second place finish in Chip Beall's National Academic Championship in 1994. He also earned a spot in the NAC Hall of Fame.

Since at least 2003 Rutter has been a moderator at the event. Chip loves putting Rutter in questions (for example, math questions based on Jeopardy! wagering) and has made no secret of the fact that he trained Rutter for his victory over Ken Jennings in the Ultimate Tournament of Champions, thus proving once and for all the unquestionable superiority of Questions Unlimited over NAQT.
