Carlo De Guzman is a rising senior at St. John's in Houston, Texas. Before transferring to St. John's, he spent 2 years at Seven Lakes High School, where he led them to a state championship and a 9th place finish at the NSC as a sophomore in 2012.

2010-2011
After spending time between the A and B teams, Carlo permanently joined the Seven Lakes A Team at Texas Invitational II, helping contribute to a T-8 finish at the 2011 HSNCT, and leading a Seven Lakes team without leading scorer Jiawei Li to a 14th place finish at the 2011 NSC. He then joined fellow Seven Lakes player Daniel Chapman and LASA players Benji Nguyen, Thomas Littrell, and Roger Cain on the Texas team that won the 2011 NASAT.
