Chris Sims is a player for Northwestern, where he is working on a PhD in economics. He was formerly the president (2019-20) and vice president (2016-17 and 2018-19) of the Toronto club, where he played on the team that came 6th at the 2018 D2 ICT. In high school, he played on the Eric Hamber team that came 2nd at the 2016 Reach for the Top Nationals.

Over the last few years, Chris has written and edited for a number of tournaments including 2020 WORKSHOP (Writer), 2020 SUN (Editor), 2020 ACF Winter (Classical Music and Philosophy), 2021 WORKSHOP (Editor, European and Other History), 2021 ACF Winter (Classical Music and Social Science), and 2022 WORKSHOP (Editor, European and World History, Economics, and Geo/CE/Other). Through his past work on ACF Winter, he is a provisional member of ACF. He has also worked as a freelance writer for Reach for the Top Provincials and Nationals.
