EuroFest is a novelty tournament currently being written by Bruce Arthur, which will consist entirely of questions on European History. Arthur has stated that his intended format is packets of 16/16 -- similar to The July Crisis.
EuroFest is tentatively scheduled to be run as a side event to Missouri Open in June of 2009.
