Gonzaga College High School is the host of one of the most popular tournaments in the Mid-Atlantic region which has been held annually since 2004. The 5th Annual Gonzaga Academic Tournament will be held on February 9, 2008 under the leadership of coach Ken Meehan and team leaders Kevin Leahy and Dan Puma.

The 2007 PACE Writers Bootcamp was also hosted by Gonzaga thanks to the efforts of Gioia and Meehan.
