Grace Liu played for Yale, where she captained a team to 2nd place in Division II her freshman year, and helped the team place 2nd at the 2013 ACF Nationals. She continued this trend by playing on the Yale teams that placed 2nd at the 2014 ICT and 2014 ACF Nationals, and helping lead the Yale team that was 2nd-place undergraduate at the 2015 ICT.
In high school, Grace was the 3rd place overall scorer at the 2012 HSNCT with High Tech, which turned to good quizbowl during her tenure as captain. Similarly, she helped lead the Yale team to 3rd place undergraduate at the 2015 ACF Nationals. Finally, she helped lead Yale to a 4th-place overall finish at the 2016 ACF Nationals.

Grace once spent a large amount of time reading Quizbowl Wiki. She still spends a large amount of time watching opera videos on YouTube.
