Hillary Clinton (nee Rodham) is a former player who played for Maine South. She was a member of the team that represented the school on the Chicago version of It's Academic in 1965. She went on to Wellesley and Yale, but there is no record she played quizbowl or any similar competitions there. She earned her JD from Yale in 1973.

Since then she became a lawyer and invested in real estate, and briefly taught law at the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville School of Law. She served two non-consecutive terms as First Lady of Arkansas (1979-81 and 83-92). She then served two (consecutive) terms as First Lady of the United States (1993-2001). Before leaving the White House, she was elected as New York's junior senator, and then won re-election in 2006. From 2009-13, she served as Barrack Obama's first Secretary of State. In 2016, she became the first woman to be the presidential nominee for any major political party in the United States.

Like many high school coaches and players, she had e-mail issues.

She married her husband, Bill, in 1975, and a daughter, Chelsea, born 1980.
