Hudson County Academic Bowl

This is a Questions Unlimited competition open to schools in Hudson County, New Jersey, in the NY metro area. The first tournament was held in 1990. This article from 2003 suggests that it may have been, and still may be a league.
Based on this video of the 2014 final, it appears to run in Jeopardy style.
