Jacob O'Rourke is a former quiz bowl player for Truman State. Jacob wrote for and served as the Host Contact for HSAPQ until the company's dissolution in the fall of 2017. In August 2015, Jacob succeeded Alex Dzurick as the second Secretary of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance. Jacob also serves as a volunteer assistant coach at Washington (Missouri High School) and generally staffs tournaments all throughout the state.
Playing History
High School
Only playing for his senior year of high school in the MSHSAA format, Jacob did not encounter good quiz bowl until his first practice at Truman State University.
