Having proven himself very capable of the job, Joey was named a co-director of the inaugural [[Mort Walker Invitational]].

Joey Spicer is a former player for Missouri and a member of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance.

High School Career

He served two years as varsity quiz bowl captain for Fort Osage High School. Joey also competed in the Science Knowledge Bowl competition all three years of high school. During his final year, he was the captain of the 8th place team in the regional competition at Rockhurst University.
