Lee Henry was the coach at Brindlee Mountain High School in Alabama from 2004 to 2010. In 2008, he was honored with the Benjamin Cooper Academic Ambassador Award. He left Brindlee Mountain High School in 2010 and coached at Columbia High School in Huntsville, AL from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, he began coaching at West Point High School in Cullman, AL. In his first year, he coached West Point to the Cullman County Championship and their first-ever appearance at the ASCA State Championship.
