Nick Jensen (pronounced the non-American/Danish way) came from Wisconsin to Dartmouth in 2011 to improve steadily during his first year. Studying Biology and Chemistry, Nick joins the ranks of quizbowlers obsessed with Murakami and the smaller ranks of players who love animal taxa (see Jeff Hoppes or Greg Tito). He plays as Dartmouth's main generalist on most subjects, with particular ability in world mythology and literature, poetry, and visual arts, in addition to his general literature and science knowledge.
He claims to be retired from quizbowl after events at 2014 ACF Nationals, though it remains to be seen what will happen in the 2014-2015 season.
