Norman North High School located in Norman,Oklahoma has had a quiz bowl team since 2008. Norman North has had varied results having a horrible season in 2008-2009, a decent season in 2009-2010, and an average season in 2010-2011. The team was coached by Eric Bell from 2009-2011. Norman North placed second at the Oklahoma NAQT Championship in 2012. Norman North also hosts the Timberwolf Invitational. The team in the 2011-2012 season developed fierce rivalries with Edmond Memorial and Drummond.
