For simplicity's sake, both writers and editors are referred to as "writers" within this article. This list does not include people who only wrote or edited questions for internal team purposes or their team's packet submissions.

All of these lists are woefully incomplete — what does exist was compiled from information found on pages in the list of tournaments for writers who have in-going links but do not have pages.
