Ripley High School, founded 1913, is one of two high schools in Jackson County, WV. Its Quizbowl team is sponsored and coached by Barbara Heckert. They host the Ripley Invitational.
Their accomplishments include winning the 2004 West Virginia State Championship and moving on to the NAC, where they went 4-2.
