Sameer Rai attends UC Berkeley. He was part of the 2012 Bellarmine team that won HSNCT and also won the 2013 National History Bowl playing by himself. Sameer notably attends very few tournaments aside from national championships.
In the 2013-2014 school year, Sameer only attended SUBMIT at Berkeley and the National History Bee and Bowl. For whatever reason, he attended neither the 2014 NSC nor the 2014 HSNCT.
