Shahar Schwartz is a quizbowl player for UC Berkeley. He previously played in high school for Westview in Southern California, where he was the Wolverines' top scoring player. Despite his relatively high neg rate, he is well known for his high power percentage and regularly led high school tournaments in individual scoring.
