Solon High School is a public high school in Solon, Ohio. Solon is currently coached by Peter Bergman, who succeeded Bob Weiser in 2014. Its quiz bowl program has consistently been one of the top teams in the state. Solon's most recent state championships were the 2016 OAC State Championship and the 2016 NAQT Ohio State Championship. They host the Comet Winter Clash Invitational in February, and formerly used to hold the Solon Fall Tournament. Solon's top national finishes include 4th place at the 2005 HSNCT and 5th place at the 2015 HSNCT.
