Find dates on the following changes:

  • Variable value bonuses eliminated (1994?)
  • Last bonus that was not three parts 10 points each was 2016 Nationals
  • Last tournament with more than one nonstandard bonus was 2008 Regionals
  • Last tournament with a bonus that had more than three parts was ??
  • Standardization of "reading bonus answers after each part rather than the whole bonus" - as I recall the delayed reading of answers was standard practice in ACF in the 90s and for most of the 2000s it broke down along regional lines (the Midwest continued the practice until the formal ACF rules reform circa 2008, the Mid-Atlantic abandoned it by 2002, I don't know what other places did, and I want to say it wasn't used at Nationals when I played in 2002 but I honestly don't remember for sure)
  • Were there any other significant rules/format changes?
