He is one half of Johnson Central's traditional History Unit with [[Alec Salyer]], who he teamed with in [[NHBB]] since 2010, and in the 2014 Eastern Kentucky History Bee, Trevor defeated Alec in the final round, with their Bowl team losing to Glasgow in the Semi-finals. Trevor, Alec, [[Clay Davenport (Johnson Central)|Clay Davenport]] and [[Katie McMahan]] led Johnson Central to a Semi-final finish at the [[Ezell-Harding Academic Tournament]], Johnson Central's first tournament of the '13-'14 season, and a sign of a significant improvement after the disastrous '12-'13 Johnson Central season. He was the seventh highest scorer, (first for Johnson Central) at the 2013 [[Louisville Arts & Sciences Academic Challenge]], at which Johnson Central finished fourth overall. Trevor was also a leading scorer in Johnson Central's 2013-2014 first place finishes at the Hart County Invitational Tournament and the Fleming County Academic Tournament, and helped Johnson Central to a Third Place quick recall finish at the 2014 KAAC State Finals. Trevor Blevins is former player at Johnson Central from 2012 to 2014 and 2015 to 2016, playing at Piarist in the 2014-2015 season. He was a frequent teammate of fellow history player Alec Salyer, who he teamed with in NHBB since 2010.

High school

Trevor, Alec, Clay Davenport and Katie McMahan led Johnson Central to a series of strong performances in the 2013 season at the Ezell-Harding Academic Tournament, Louisville Arts & Sciences Academic Challenge, the Hart County Invitational Tournament and the Fleming County Academic Tournament, as well as at the 2014 KAAC State Finals.
