I created Template:!! to match the one on Wikipedia. Basically because creating a table inside of another template (such as {{#if}}) breaks the outer template. It doesn't really have any use now, but I may use it later when the parser functions on QBwiki are fixed. Ben Gutscher 17:27, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
