Why are you changing links to NAQT's website from http to https (as here and here)? Jonah (talk) 01:24, 15 March 2016 (CDT)

It was an attempt to follow a perceived standard style of links, which apparently doesn't exist. Justin Young (talk) 05:01, 15 March 2016 (CDT)
There is no standard style of links, both because there is no style guide for the QBWiki and because the notion of a standard style of links just plain doesn't make technical sense. Furthermore, http links for naqt.com are always wrong (though they will be automatically corrected to https). Jonah (talk) 10:39, 15 March 2016 (CDT)

Pending registrations

I'm not sure it's a good idea to include things like "registered for the 2016 HSNCT and 2016 SSNCT" (from Good Hope). It ensures that updating will be necessary, and that the article will be out of date from the time of the tournament until that updating takes place. It's probably better to just wait until it's accurate to say "they attended…". Jonah (talk) 12:18, 28 March 2016 (CDT)

Re [1]

The point was that he is a noted conservative and a noted reptile. "conservative reptile" does not imply that all conservatives are reptiles any more than "redheaded Cubs fan" implies that all Cubs fans are redheaded. Jonah (talk) 20:40, 29 April 2016 (CDT)

What I meant is that reptile shouldn't be in the sentence because it is obvious Kirk Jing is not a reptile. The article makes clear he is human. --Justin Young (talk) 04:20, 30 April 2016 (CDT)
