Westchester County is located at the southern tip of mainland New York state and is known for being a traditional Chip Beall stronghold, although pyramidal quizbowl has some presence. Several leagues and invitationals running on Questions Unlimited questions run each year, including the Omar Q Beckins Academic Challenge. Westchester teams have made the final four at the NAC almost every other year.
