William Penn High, is a school located in New Castle, DE. The quizbowl team participated in the Comcast Academic Challenge and some NAQT events. The team may now be defunct.
This team is notable for its alum David Balsiero. Dave captained the University of Delaware team for several years, ending around 2004. He and several other William Penn alums were among those who started the annual Blue Hen tournament.
