Zaid Siddiqui is a legendary player from Detroit Country Day. As a member of the 2021 superteam, Zaid was a forebear of the DCDS Quiz Bowl golden age. During his high school career, Zaid inspired both his teammates and the younger DCDS generation to invest time into quiz bowl. Zaid was also one of the main contributors to DART I, the first edition of Detroit Country Day's annual charity housewrite. At the 2021 HSNCT, Zaid and his team defeating Thomas Jefferson (VA) to place 3rd. Zaid and the DCDS team finished 2nd at the 2021 ONCT.
