We now are only 11 days away from the
Philadelphia Experiment. I wish to state something that I had
stated earlier on the listserv: Um, I need lodging up
there. I'll split hotel fees or whatever. I might have a
backup plan in mind, so even if you offer, I can't
definitely accept (only probably). It's complicated, but I
would like something. Oh well.
By the way, as
for whether the Yaphe Masters questions were easier
or harder or of what difficulty level: In Virginia,
the "hub" of last year's competition, scores averaged
335 ppg. In Chicago, the "hub" from this year, scores
averaged 286 ppg. These stats are not exactly the same,
but I think they are somewhat reliable. How much
stock do you put in them?
