The countdown is on the board. We are just five
days away from when all good conspiracy theorists
unite in shame and glory for the Philadelphia
Experiment.
Well, it looks like there will only be 18 teams at the
Experiment. 'Tis a shame, too. I was thinking we could've
beaten VT II. Oh, well. Now we'll never
know.
Thanks to everyone who helped with lodging info. I think
I've found a place to stay. I think.
Oh, and I
think our team is finally ready. I THINK.
Then
again, half the fun has been in getting there. So I'll
be there, buzzer set under my arm (the old-school
Quiz-a-Matic, no less), ready to get powered away by the top
teams money can buy. We're thinking we'll be the upset
factory of the tournament. Pay us well, and we'll throw
in whacking opponents over the kneecap with a
billyclub for no extra charge (billyclub not
included).
