IMHO, it depends on what the repeat is, and how
much is repeated. After all, most people don't remove
repeats from other tournaments....
But my personal
opinion is that you should only remove both repeats when
there is a *clear and obvious* advantage to having
written another question on that topic.
As an
example: if I received two tossups on Graham's law, I
would keep one of them; Graham's law is something,
IMHO, that most teams should have some familiarity
with.
On the other hand, if I received two questions on
the Lennard-Jones potential, I would probably throw
both of them out. That is something obscure enough
that having written a question on it would confer a
large advantage.
