This is a very preliminary announcement, but I
wanted to get this date out there so teams could begin
to make their travel plans and such for
next
semester.
Boston University College Bowl is proud to announce
Terrier Tussle 9: Smell the Rhett-syn!, our annual
invitational and prep for NAQT Sectionals. This free-for-all
will be on Saturday, February 5, 2000 in the College
of Arts
and Sciences at BU.
This is a
packet submission tournament. Once guidelines and dates
have been set up, I'll send another message out to the
lists. The Tussle will also be a timed
event.
Other added bonuses:
* Significant discounts to
first-time teams and those coming from a distance.
* See
the venue which will host NAQT's ICT next April (and
scout out all the cool Boston restaurants).
*
Moderators will be issuing yellow and red cards, should
people start getting naughty.
* Experience for
yourself the sheer wonder of a BU tournament: It will
absolutely, positively run on time.
