Shouldn't the fact that the term 'quizbowl' has become so
generic prevent the party trying to legally protect it
from doing so? To use the example that Tim so often
used in our own (lengthy) discussions of similar
senarios: you can't trademark 'milk'. Or am I completely
confused?
