We do bonus stealing for the Great Lakes Regional
Academic Championship tournament at Case Western Reserve
University (HS comp) and at the PACE National Scholastics
Championship. The concept itself isn't that new since it's been
going on in the South for a while to reward "team play"
rather than just letting questions and points go to
waste.
Reboundable bonuses though don't work too well in timed-match
format. They also are frowned upon in college
competitions. Ask not me why.
