Not only do I call myself a quiz bowl player, I actually happen to 
be one. No, seriously, I was just making a joke, albeit not a funny 
one.

Well, if it's the same three that always get asked, yes, I would 
agree with you. There is quite a number of Eastern European leaders 
that don't get asked very often at all, though, and they're not as 
simple to get as the "canonical" ones.
