To update all my QB friends:  I defended my Ph.D. dissertation 
on October 25 and am on track to graduate this December 
(pending a few revisions to the manuscript that I should be able 
to make quite handily within the allotted three weeks).  Anyone 
who is really, truly interested in wasp sex should feel free to ask 
me a lot of embarrassing questions about it.
