To add another wrinkle - and to plug

that site has about 25 tournaments from the past few years (which will  
be opened to the public at the end of this season).  Those unfamiliar  
with the site, its basically a question pool that tournament hosts (or  
other question writers) can use, joining by submitting recent  
tournaments, and receiving access to all other recent tournaments.   
Questions get turned over to public domain (de facto if not de jure)  
after 2 years.

New contributions (from this season)  will be opened at the end of the  
2003-2004 season.
